Lowbake Washbay
The Lowbake Washbay is available in 2 options, above ground and on floor. The above ground option consists of 3 walls, galvanised base, galvanised floor grates, angled floor trays and a center sump.
Once discharged from the pressure washer lance, water is distributed along the floor trays and into a sump located at the centre of the washbay. Water is then distributed into an external polypit ready to be recycled through the Vertical Gravity Separator.
The Lowbake Washbay includes a control box with timer ensuring durability and safety of the equipment. It also includes a lance and boom arm for easy manoeuvrability around the vehicle.

The Lowbake Dirt Buster uses Italian Built 100 Bar/1450psi Annovi Reverberi Pump - Triple Ceramic Piston Plunger Pump. This guarantees that you are purchasing an extremely High Quality Pump that is built to last.

Vertical Gravity Separator
The VGS operates by ingenious control of both fluid velocity and pressure.
These forces gently coax non emulsified impurities from water by allowing high density contaminants to fall into a sludge retaining area at the bottom of the vessel, and oil droplets and low density suspended solids to rise to the top of the vessel. The oil and suspended solids then drain off into a waste tank for disposal.

RADS
Lowbake RADS-Intelligent curing of waterborne coatings.
Lowbake’s Rapid Air Drying System (RADS) can be retrofitted into an existing oven or as part of an OEM Solution, fully integrated with the control system ensuring there are no issues with warranty or compliance standards.
Radio controlled with full zone management. You decide which RADS you need on to eliminate wasted energy with targeted drying.
Controlled air is drawn from inside the oven after being filtered (not from the inlet plenum), and discharged through the 8 adjustable nozzles, per corner, under high pressure to create the jets of air required to aid curing of the water borne coating.
No requirement to use high volumes of compressed air. Australian made, supported nationally and in full compliance with Australian Regulations.

Roof Filters
For surface treatment applications, the PA/560 G-10 filter mats are acknowledged as standard equipment. The main field of application for these fine filters is final intake air filtration in paint spray systems and booths. The mats are made of high performance nonwovens produced in-house from elastic, break-resistant polyester fibers. These nonwovens are thermally bonded and specially smoothed on the clean air side, ensuring excellent fiber bonding.
Floor Filters

Fitting filters other than those specified may cause the booth to become unsafe and may affect performance and cleanliness. The specified filters below have been selected for their superior dust holding ability and long life. It is essential for the sake of quality and safety that you do not compromise on these filters in order to keep your booth functioning correctly.
