Safe Work Practises
CAR-O-LINER Q42 QUICK BENCH BR4500, BR5000 & BR5500
Aa a part of good work safe practises within the bodyshop environment working with CAR-O-LINER benches, we require to ensure safety is paramount and that at no time are CAR-O-LINER Q42, BR4500, BR5000 & BR5500 benches are to be worked under when in raised position.
As a preventative measure we recommend a visual barrier is implemented in and around all CAR-O-LINER benches. This ensures the operator of the equipment is aware at all times.
VISUAL BARRIER
STEP 1: Mark floor with High visibility floor tape directly underneath bench. As shown below.
STEP 2: Place at each end signage DO NOT CROSS LINE.
STEP 3: Place on each side signage DO NOT CROSS LINE
